Apparently, according to most cars I saw this week, the “off” switch for fog lights is very hard to find.
Godstone High Street is open. It’s been years I reckon.
New frames for glasses picked up. Let’s see if these actually last.
Filled in an application form. It had questions about my strengths and weaknesses. I’m too old to think in terms like that.

An hour spent replacing your ballcock-bottom-entry is an hour well spent.
Had my first interaction with an AI receptionist on a phone call. As an experience it was absolute shit.
Glasses broke for the second time. Are they in warranty? No, because the date goes from initial purchase and not replacement with new frame.

I know I had a an adjustable spanner, I can picture it. But, looking in all the places it should be returns zero results. Mild annoyance when toilet needs fixing.
Migraines can go fuck themselves. I’m fed up.

Used wood glue this week to glue paper to paper. I’m sure it’s fine.
I’ve been mildly concerned about the general collapse of my body this week with the third Saturday migraine in four weeks.
I’m in a Fantasy NFL league and one of us appears to be taking it seriously! I might have to up my game.

I’m not sure I understand the etiquette of swimming lanes at the local gym. There’s a slow lane and a fast lane. I don’t really fit in either.
Really happy the people who live opposite me were sorting their garage out and clanking things around at 0500 on a Saturday.

People who, when queueing in two lanes for a boxed junction see a space in the other lane and drive forward taking it. Meanwhile you have headed across the box because there was a space your side and now there isn’t. Those people can get fucked.
Performing a Minecraft server update on my dedicated PC remotely using my phone was an interesting challenge. Small screen, no keyboard shortcuts. But it was completed.
Creating a new Minecraft server properties file and I accidentally deleted my world files. No into the recycle bin, just gone! My backup is over a month old. Gaaaaaaaah.

It’s kinda annoying how working is very tiring. Has it always been like this or is it also compounded by getting older?
It’s a touch annoying when you want to go for a swim at your gym and get yourself psyched up for it only to find the pool is shut when you get there – I had to do running and other stuff!
Logged into this site to look at mobile settings and there’s an option to install AI bots onto the admin side that will generate alt-text and so on – No thanks.
